How do I reset my IncuView control module? The temperature is off.

To reset your IncuView to the factory default settings, please follow the following steps:
- Unplug your IncuView
- While the IncuView is unplugged push and hold the ENTER and DOWN buttons
- Continue to hold these buttons and plug in your IncuView
- As soon as you see "LOADING DEFAULTS" on the screen you can let go
Your IncuView has now been reset to the factory defaults.
